General back to level 5

My General Raynor was prestige 2 max level and is now level 5 again. Relogg and restart did not help.
What can I do?

i had all three commanders at 13 and iā€™m having the same problem

my friend also had the same problem, apparently its happened before last year and they are apparently working on it according to this: Starcraft 2: Co-Op commanders were reset to level 5 - #123 by Driu-2694
