Game (still) uses wrong sound output on bluetooth headset

Here are the reproduction steps:

  1. Use a bluetooth headset (Mine is Marshall Major III)
  2. launch the game, set the audio output to Stereo headphone in both sound and voice chat settings, and configure voice chat to use a microphone other than your headphone microphone.
  3. Exit the game and launch it again.

Expected behavior: The game plays audio.
Actual behavior: The game doesn’t play audio

I have checked variables.txt, and the correct audio output is present. It says “Kuulokkeet (MAJOR III BLUETOOTH Stereo)”, which is the device name in Windows.

Due to the bug “Voice Chat option removed”, the previous work-around for this bug is no longer possible. This means that the bug should be labeled either as completely breaking or severely impacting the gameplay experience, because the bluetooth headset audio quality is awful.
