Hello, today is started de SC2 Game to play with a friend, however i can’t add him to Game Group because his account its not visible “Playing SC2…” its only visible as only in general battlenet lobby.
We tried everything, restart SC2, restart battlenet, restart internet, computer, remove/re-add friend request…
The result is the same, we see each other connected to Battlenet, and when start into the Game the status doesnt change, like we wheren’t playing SC2 even when the game app its already running.
tell him to change his status. You can set that to away, or in game or other. On the battle net app thing if you look in the upper right corner, you will see your name, and just under that it says your status if your away or what ever. make sure its set to online. there is another as well in game.
the one ingame is under your name in the freinds tab, where you see whos online and playing. change that as well. If this dont help im sorry to waste your time.

After a few hours the service start to work normally again, we change nothing in the settings or restore nothing, seems it was just a weird issue with the servers that someone fix it around the morning.
