I’m seeing Emoticons, and options for a “free warchest”
but whenever i ask the community in game… Nobody seems to know anything about it, Or how to unlock it, etc.
I’ve seen users who have the Emoticons, but when i go to whisper or ask those individuals, they troll me, or ignore me.
So my question is…Where, and How do you unlock it?
Someone said “you need a specific amount of points”
Again… no clue where to get the points at, and i’m just confused… i wish this game had staff in the game, that could truly help people, who are honestly seeking game questions, and DLC questions.
Instead people troll each other, and you never really get a clear understanding of what’s being offered or given away as a free item.
I just wish… blizzard cared… but i dunno anymore… Pretty sad when they offer you free stuff, and you have no way to get it. or know where to even begin to get it. That’s why they need a staff or some sort of game option where blizzard employees can help… Instead they avoid us…
there is a small section of free content in the warchest. Its unlocked the same way one would level up a paid for war chest. You can level it up by playing sc2 or watching sc2 twitch streams

I see, i will have to look at it and see what it’s all about then.
You go into the Collection Tab and there’s a subtab called “War Chest.” You click into War Chest and it’ll bring up the goods. The top progression bar is the Free War Chest content and these tiers are unlocked by playing the game in any mode that grants EXP. Each tier requires you play enough to gain 300,000 EXP which is actually pretty fast.
The Terran, Zerg and Protoss Tiers below the Free tier is the paid content. Also, it’s not that Blizzard doesn’t care it’s just that they can’t be bothered to sit around public chat to address every person out of the thousands who play the game when they could post about it on the main website starcraft2.com/en-us/news when they’ve got other work to do.

Just an addendum to this, you must have your twitch account linked to battle.net for points from twitch streams to be received.

I think i figured out the free war chest thingy.
