Files in my Starcaft II intallation are damaged

Hi, my name is Garry.
After completing the 26.77 Gig download onto a new computer, I clicked PLAY and got an error message saying some of my files were corrupted
with a receipt number, all zeros.
I uninstalled the game and began again.
At 22% when the game was “playable,” I tried again; the same result.
Battlenet is trusted
I’ve tried restarting
Nothing is running in the background
This computer is only 2 weeks old - it’s working fine
Internet service is OK.

I also have this same problem currently and it only started after the new update.
