I wish there was FFA and Multi-Team in matchmaking. I think it would be so much fun to have FFA and Multi team. I imagine if we could get everyone on the forums to say that they want FFA and Multi-Team matchmaking then Blizzard would have to consider my idea.
It’ll probably never happen because I think everyone is boring and just likes playing regular 1v1 or teams. Also, Blizzard would have to code the whole thing. I would imagine that they would have to make new maps too…
All the popular names in the SC2 community probably don’t even realize there is a huge ladder bug right now. You really think they care about adding new content into the game?
No, I don’t think they care about adding new content into the game. I think they’re more concerned with 1v1s and making sure that they’re balanced and that they have a new ladder map pool every so often.

Mutli-Team was never on there but you used to be able to queue up for 4 player FFA in the first quarter of Hots.

Blizzard said they got rid of FFA because there was a lack of players.
I was still playing them. Only true legends earned the 500 and 1000 FFA Wins Achievements. Sad how they took all the achievements out too. I had some of them.
Another reason they might not want to implement it… some people’s comps can’t handle 8-12 player games. And yeah the whole experience would feel a little slim without them implementing new achievements and maps.
I want a Lenovo Legion 5, one of those would be able to handle 12 player games on low settings. Probably not if I was streaming them though.
I really wish they would make a 4-8-12 player FFA playlist with a map pool. As well as 2v2v2v2 and 2v2v2 and 3v3v3.
