I’ve seen his posts around. I didn’t give them much thought really. I’ve just assumed he was right. He seems to know what he was talking about and that was good enough for me. That was the case until he insulted me in a thread the other day. I know a thing or two about the subject, too, and so I’ve decided to stop giving him the benefit of the doubt. What I learned can only be described as shocking. I will be exposing the BBB in this thread, and by BBB I mean the Big Bias of Batz. I will be keeping it as short and simple as possible since one of his tools is to overcomplicate things so that nobody can challenge him.

I have verified that A is more or less correct. That is the number of players in tournaments. It can vary a bit depending on how you filter the matches but as far as I can tell the ratio of players is correct. Now the question remains is his next chart correct. Is the rate of advancement of players what it should be. Is it fair that Terran only makes it to ~30% of tournaments and only wins ~28% of them. That’s where the next chart comes in (chart “B”).
The truth is, chart B is a disaster. I have no idea what he did wrong. Maybe he filtered the players or matches wrong. But I can say that I cannot replicate his results in any way. Maybe he modified the data but I fear he may have just forged it altogether. His chart format is also really bad and hard to read. I think he likes it that way, though. The real chart is as follows:

As is plain to the naked eye, Terran has a higher skill level at every stage of the tournament except the finals. It’s the opposite of what mr batz claimed. This begs the question of how on Earth terran is the least played race at the tournament level with only 30% of players. Terrans are better players and there should be more of them in tournaments. Also why does Terran make it to the finals so little. Why don’t they win more if they have much better skill.
It appears terran is the hardest race by a very large margin, and the reason there are so few terrans is due to terrans being unable to even qualify for the tournament. The few who do are shredded by protoss and zerg despite those players being less skilled. There are so many zergs because it’s a much easier race given you can compete in tournaments with a lower skill level. The only reason there aren’t 0 terrans in tournaments is because they are LITERAL GODS.
TL DR
It appears the “Big and Bad” Batz is actually the Big Bias of Batz.

You haven’t proved this in the slightest. My data closely aligns with the data from Aligulac. Yours contradicts it and you have no proof that your chart is valid. My guess is that you punched some random numbers into a spreadsheet to fit the terran cry agenda, made a graph and that it has no connection to reality whatsoever.

Dude, you showed a depiction of a runway (actually it was about 4 different runways of varying length)… That tell me nothing of which runway you actually want me to land at (btw each runway is actually 2 different runways, so even IF there were only one, you’d still need to be more specific.
You know, if you’d have the humility to actually admit you were wrong, you might have earned a tad of begrudging respect from people on the forum with an actual brain. But instead you do what you do, never admit you’re wrong, even when ANYONE reading could tell you are. Even Goba, for all his limitations, could probably figure out what you got wrong.

I am not an expert and I openly admit that. I do know a fair bit about aeronautical charts becase I have a friend who is a commercial pilot and I helped him study. I circled the runways bourne. Be a big boy and admit I was right.
