The real problem is that about for 8 years game was balanced in terms of ZvP matchup. There was even a joke that said “zerg and toss have so much benefits, lets nerf terrans”
Balance team focused so hard to fix the game that they only added more and more stuff to zergs and toss making both races very unstable and unefficient in game terms and leaving terrans in a state nearest to SC1 than SC2, even worst.
Now, every micro change in terran’s numbers seems like a abuse for zergs and toss players, when they had significant changes for 6 continuous years and a lot of abilities added to sustain a PvZ / ZvP matchups late game, and they don’t care about that terrans didn’t have any instead BC teleport, and many get angry about that.
What would you change?

Protoss is the weakest race, they need to be buffed with Dark Archons

Negative. Zerg has been historically favored in ZvP. By a lot in many cases. If you believe Aligulac balance numbers which a lot of people only selectively believe when it supports their biases.

I think reynor is something like 88-5 vs protoss in matches. Very telling statistic about the state of PVZ.
Protoss power is fine but the race needed to be made harder to play. That is all I wanted.
Go look up PVZ results in katowice. Its not pretty.

Regardless of Zerg winning the tournament, Protoss is incredibly overrepresented on the highest level and is gathering way too many free cheap wins not because the race is too strong but because it is too easy to play at the highest level compared to T and Z.
