Editor Log in Page verification doesn't display the code

I am trying to login to the editor to read some dependency. As usual I go to manage published files to login, but a blank white panel with a refresh icon pops up after long waiting for the usual “Log in” button to be clickable. I think the white panel is supposed to show the verification code but it ends up with nothing. Then my login attempts return error about the verification code.
Is there anyone could help with this problem? Seems like the service uses some a third-party verification method and it just failed.

Heya,
Try logging in through the browser on the same computer so that the Captcha (the verification it is trying to use) loads there. After that, try it on the editor. Hope this helped!

Unfortunately, it doesn’t help.
On web browsers I encounter some pointing rotating questions which are well-displayed. Those don’t have additional input with hint “Code”.

Hmm yeah, that is odd. Only other suggestions I can think of is to log out and back in on the browser, hope it shows a Captcha, and then once you complete the Captcha, close down the editor and re-open it, and attempt to log in again.

I’m not sure if this would even help, but there are a few ways to log-in inside of the editor.

  • In the top panel, click on Windows and open up Console. Then type bnetlogin, and it should prompt that same log-in window.
  • In the top panel, click on File, Open, click on the Blizzard tab, and press the Log In button, once again prompting the same log-in window.
  • In the top panel, click on File, Publish, and then press the Log In button, which should prompt a log-in window again.

Again, I don’t think trying different log-in methods would work, but at this point I can’t think of a solution, so it doesn’t hurt to try.

If you’re still struggling, try searching around for the SC2Mapster discord server link and joining it (if you aren’t already in it and have Discord). They can be much more involved in helping you there, given that you provide the information they need.

Good luck with solving your issue!
