I’ve been playing (or rather getting him picked a lot on random queue) Fenix lately and I’ve always found Kaldalis and Legionnaires to be a bit of a waste when I try to go for all A.I. champion builds. I think they’re most weak against non-ground zerg comps because they get shot down quite fast. Which is why I’d rather invest in Adept, Immortal, and Colossus for my ground army. Do you guys still use him too? I think Kaldalis shines the most in P2 where his cleave is just insane but I think they either need to auto-resurrect or be more tankier to be worthwhile in vanilla or other prestiges.
Kaldalis is my bread and butter unit. He can dish out a good amount of damage after you upgrade that “swiping attack” upgrade of his, and get more into Tactical Data Web to up that damage. He also tanks very well. Against air, he’s still a decent tank.
