Every time I start the game it is on Fullscreen.
I change it to Borderless, and no matter how I exit the game, upon starting it again, it is on Fullscreen again.
Theres only fullscreen, windowed fullscreen and windowed, fullscreen the cursur is confined to the screen all the time, windowed full screen the curser is confined to the screen only when in game mode, i.e. when you start a match or campain scenario. and windowed is just that windowed. and the mouse i do believe can leave the screen while in game.
there is no borderless so not exactly sure if your even talking about sc2 at this point
