with the new forum i haven’t found the dislike button. has it been removed or did i just miss it?

It was removed. New forums have not «dislike» button.

Also typing in mostly caps is a violation of code of conduct.

Dislike or equivalent has been toxic to a healthy discussion platform.

My only regret is a toxic topic like this can still be posted. What is there to gain in asking if it’s removed, except to be a downvote troll.

The most you can do now is flag individual posts or an entire topic.

You can still downvote, just type:
