I bought all three titles plenty of warchests and I’m forced to hear obnoxious as cinematics even if I have music turned off and the intro screen set to planets. Please disable the sound in the main menu. You can keep the ads but the audio is annoying. This is like when you would go to a website and it’s starts playing music back in the day.

If you need to quiet things down, you can press ctrl + S and ctrl + M. The main screen sounds of a new commander rolls with the sounds (ctrl + S). It’s a temporary thing which Blizzard is within their rights to advertise until time to transition back to normal.
I can understand your resentment, but, well, firstest of world problems as my brother would say. You have the solution in the meanwhile.
