Debug text is seen in Liberator upgrade in 1v1

Greetings!

It is found that for the liberator, debug text is seen for the “Advanced Ballistics” upgrade in 1v1/1vai.

Severity:
Minor

Steps to repro:

  1. Open SC2
  2. Select Versus Tab
  3. Queue 1v1/1vai as Terran
  4. Progress in game until you make a liberator
  5. Hover over the “Advanced Ballistics” upgrade
  6. Observe

Expected Results:
The text of the “Advanced Ballistics” upgrade is free from errors

Actual Result:
The text of the upgrade displays referenced code “reb =”$UpgradeEffectArrayValue:LiberatorAGR…"
