Cyclone's turret looks at dead unit after Lock On

Cyclone’s turret seems to be able to get stuck after a Probe died.

The turret rotates because the Cyclone auto-casted Lock On.
The probe dies to a Marine.

The turret seems to be locked into looking at the last position of the Drone. Usually, it is released and rotates back to default position.

The range indicator and the beam model disappear, so the game attempted to stop the turret. Can the modify-unit-effect fail? Is it possible to have it lock on again in some odd edge case?

Anyone got a replay of this bug?
