Customer Support

I’m trying to get ahold of Customer Support, and i’m not talking via Forums, or Facebook, or Twitter, I have a legit game question,

And whenever i try to contact support, i keep going in circles, whether it loads the blizzard main page, or contact support via social media…

I would like to actually email, or call them, i think social media is overcrowded with comments, and complaints, i feel my problem will never get addressed, I just wanna speak to customer support… the old fashion way, via email, or telephone… why is it so hard to get ahold of an actual customer service or game rep.

I just don’t understand media today, if you have a real problem… “they rely on social media” and well i’m not a social media guy, so why would i go through social media, knowing my problem wont’ even get acknowledged…

When is the next patch or is it actually ongoing?

Weekly Mutation now has 4 weeks worth of data left and it has been around 80 days since the last patch.

We at least I want to know if Co-op is still being maintained.

They don’t have set dates for updates. They just sort of update Co-op as they go.

MVPs are more really knowledgeable fans than people with inside information, I doubt Leviathan knows any more than the rest of us for timeframes.

I’d bet any updates have been stalled because of the current pandemic, though 80 days without any update is pretty normal for the mode.
