Cure tried several times to make aggressive drops and plays but could never get any real damage done because battery and overcharge are just too damn strong. Even cure, one of the single best terran in the game right now (GSL finalist) could not make a dent into a mid-tier protoss player abusing battery overcharge. Also, because of storm and disruptors, its almost impossible to basetrade vs protoss because their defensive units >>>>>> terran’s defensive options.
Terran is in just a sad state right now and needs help desperatly. Honestly, i feel like the stats on aligulac are wrong somehow and protoss probably has around65-70% winrate versus terrran. We terran player should unite and either boycott the match up (leave the game as soon as it starts) or cheese every game. Blizz wont get the memo otherwise.
Artosis was so amazed at how bad Cures strategy was in game one. I never usually hear him call it out like that. It must of been that bad to get a shout out from the caster.
Pretty much said that Stats scouted that attack coming. Then dropped the Marines and lost a few of them before they even reached the battery anyway. Stalkers picking them off before they even fire.
You know as much as I hate to be that guy… Cure didnt even look remotely close to a GSL champion. His early one base rush killed 3 probes and the second game he legit just got outplayed. Today was a day where Cure 100% played horribly. It isnt even about balance, even the casters were wondering why he chose what he did.
Cure disrespected the Supreme Defensive Best Protoss Player in the World, trying a Master (4500MMR) tactic hoping that the Shield Of Aiur (7000 MMR) was fast asleep.
Guess what? It backfired royally.
The ignorance (to try to challenge your Opponent in his moss strong realm), and arrogance (to continue with that morinic way after the first rebuff)…has consequences.

Really???, mid tier protoss???,Stats???,the only Protoss at the top 10 on aligulac is a mid tier protoss???. Then who is in your opinion a top protoss???
Its ok to cry, but come on, Stats is one of the best protoss players out there,dont be absurd on your whinning, be intelligent.
Well stats on aligulac are from all skill levels. Top toses have even 80% win rates. But on kr for top6 players seems to have balanced win rates. I checked Ty/maru/inno had indenticall win rates with their counter parts, but these are just top6. Also top players will have higher win rates in each match, because they win more games!
But look at any 6k player on eu or kr. Terrans usually have 10-20% less win rate in TvP than in any other matchup and Protosses 10-20% more win rate in PvT than in any other matchup…
That’s sure-thing that those dudes are patch-terrans. There is no such thing as a 6000MMR for a race, there are three different MMR (example 5500MMr TvP, 6100MMR TvZ and 6200 TvT), those patch-terrans are placed due to the dumb MMR system (one size fits all) with more skilled Protoos player and are being destroyes (as they richly deserve).
Stop the whine, rather whine to Blizz in order to implement the Per-MU MMR and MMS (Match making System).
