[Coop] Scourge Nest Rally bugged with Scourge Queen

Hi,

When using the Scourge Queen prestige with Zagara, the Scourge Nest Rally is bugged, it “requires Scourge Nest”, thus cannot be used while the nest is under construction.
No other building in the game, to my knowledge, is unable to set a rally while under construction, so I think this is a bug.

yeah, I’m having issues with it too, you can set the rally point after it finishes building, but, since you can set rally points with other buildings while they’re building, such as the baneling nest, that would probably be because it’s a bug.
