Given that most of the Talents read like a different title for the Commanders, for example Raynor: Blackwater Sheriff versus Raynor: Renegade Commander, why not add their Talent under their name on the loading screen rather than use the current popup explaining the chosen Talent in game?
It would help make the in game UI a little cleaner, rather than having the little portraits in the corner the whole mission.
