Bug Description:
UI glitching occurs when putting the mouse on the edge between the Commander level panel and the level upgrades panel when in the upgrade tab on Nova and Fenix. The tool tip for the commander functions appears, then starts to stobe on and off and is very distracting. This occurs on Nova and Fenix, but none of the other commander level panel tool tips glitch when hovering over the same location.
I am on 1920x1200 resolution with current version of the game.
Potential Cause:
It appears that the bug may be due to the fact that Nova and Fenix’s tooltips are the only ones that popup on the screen in a place where it overlaps the commander level panel itself allowing for the UI raycasting to be blocked by the popup panel causing it to close the panel, then reopen it once it is closed.
Also:
As I was testing I also noticed that Han and Horner’s commander level panel tool tip is different than all the others in that pops up much further to the right on the screen than all the other commanders.
