Good afternoon. After a technical break, all heroes above LVL 5 were reset to LVL 5. also, free heroes have become paid.

What server are you on? For me, not having this issue on Americas.

Same here, Raynor reset to lvl 5, and capped at lvl 5 (playing in Europe).
I have the same problem here. The commander levels of Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis have been changed to level 5, but it has been a day and I still haven’t received any official answer to this question. I know that the same problem has occurred before. This is the first time I have encountered it. I would like to know how long it usually takes to fix this problem?
To those running into the deleveled/capped commanders, give it a try now. Be sure to completely log out of the game and the launcher, wait about 30 second, then log back in.
