My game got a bug where all commanders’ capped sign was gone and they had exp progress. I thought there was an event where all commanders are free. I played 1 match with mengsk then after that I received the exp but Mengsk didn’t level up and it said level 5 capped. After i got the exp I went to commander selection again and it happened again, No capped sign, and they had exp progress
