So I’ve done a tiny amount of digging and have seen that this has been a previous issue.
I logged into US (my main server) only to find that all commanders that were higher than level 5 have been reset to level 5. Only Kerrigan was lower and she remained at level 4.
I’m hoping that not all my progress was lost and that this is fixible.

you’re progress is saved on the server, so it’s probably not lost. Make sure you’re on patch 5.0.3, try logging out, disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection, log back in again, then it should have your levels, as I see my levels currently, so it’s probably just a problem on your end. Another thing to try is to disable your firewall, make sure SC2 can run through it, then enable it again.
Seems like relogging fixes it but it does break often now. Playable, but a little annoying.
