you’re progress is saved on the server, so it’s probably not lost. Make sure you’re on patch 5.0.3, try logging out, disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection, log back in again, then it should have your levels, as I see my levels currently, so it’s probably just a problem on your end. Another thing to try is to disable your firewall, make sure SC2 can run through it, then enable it again.
