I’ve logged into my account and one of my characters went from level 15 to level 5. I don’t know what to do
As stated many, many times in the plethora of other threads on the issue: there is nothing you can do. It’s a problem on Bliz’s side that players have to wait for it to be fixed.

You’re conflating “garbage company” with a game that was retired almost four years ago.
As with all retired games made by any studio, they are going to degrade as hardware and software progress and the game is left behind. It’s the eventual fate of all video games.

Nah, still garbage. The company that made Diablo for phones. lol. I’m not conflicted at all. The funny part is that they apparently cannot seem to get their servers to work correctly. Again and again and again and … Again.

Made Diablo for phones and PC. And Bliz didn’t make it.
Not to mention one division of Activision Blizzard is exclusively mobile games and has been for years, so DI was nothing new.
It’s not a matter of “apparently connot seem to”, which you would understand if you have paid any heed to what I wrote previously. It has nothing to do with not being able.
Honestly, it what’s “apparent” here is your conclusion/opinion that’s based in misinformation and lack of knowledge.
