I have purchased the commander Fenix. I have receipts and everything from it. However when I would play him he would still be stuck at lvl 5 due to it being lvl capped? I can provide screenshots for everything.

Iโm having the same problem. Purchased Zeratul but capped at level 5. Americas server.
