To all those who are too bored, here is something for you to read if you want to. A simple concept. Nothing crazy here.
This concept is a little similar to Zeratul but are more choice-making. You also play a much more standard game than Zeratul.

Standard Dragoon. Be noted that they are SC1 Dragoon and are significantly weaker than Artanis’ Dragoon, detail below.

Attack 13 (+7 vs Armour) with 4 range. +2 each upgrade. Attack speed 1.8s.

Standard HT with Storm (Doesn’t need research). Have no attack.
- Immortal
Standard Immortal with Barrier.
- Colossus
Standard Colossus with no ability.
- Observer
Standard Observer with no ability
- Carrier
Standard Carrier with Interceptor.
- Void Ray
Revised Void Ray with Focus (passive). This Void Ray deals 6 damage every 0.36s with no bonus damage vs Armoured. +1 each upgrade.
Focus (passive) The longer Void Ray attack, the more damage it deals. +2 at half charge/+4 at full charge. Need to attack for 2s to gain charge, up to 4s to gain full charge.
- Warp Prism
Revised Warp Prism that is made from Stargate. This Warp Prism has a weak attack. Deals 10 damage with 5 range. +1 each upgrade. Attack speed 2s. It can deploy power field and transport units.
This Warp Prism only cost 150 M and 1 supply to build.

Psionic Shrine
The Psionic Shrine is a communication building that allows Nyon to get in contact with all sort of Protoss in the galaxy. This special building also holds Nyon’s unique mechanic.
Nyon can only upgrade Weapon and Armour for your units, they have no research in the Tech buildings. You are still required to build Fleet Beacon to unlock Carrier and Robotic Facility to unlock Colossus but those buildings have no research. Instead you have to spend resource to buy Tech from the Psionic Shrine.
The Psionic Shrine hold a total of 4 tiers of tech but you will have up to 8 tiers when you fully level up your commander. You need to pay a recourse to unlock each tier. Upon unlocking a tier, you are allowed to choose 1 out of the tech options in that tier.
Unlocking a tech tier is instantaneous. Choosing a tech option in the tier also cost no time so choose carefully. You start the mission with tier 1 unlock so you can immediately choose at the beginning.

T1 (unlock by default)

Great Builder: Buildings cost 50 less Mineral and Gas. Down to a minimum of 0.

Kickstarter pack: Give you 20 supply and 4 more Probes. Probe +20 damage vs building.

Paranoiac Aggressor: You are given 12 Zealots, these Zealots cost no supply.

Forge Master: Armour upgrade give your unit +25 max health each level.
T2 (200 Mineral and 100 Gas)

Safe Passage: Warp Prism’s transport slot are tripled. Load and unload have no delay. Warp Prism is permanently invisible.

Master of Scouting: Observer gains 3 more sight range and detection range. Movement speed increases to 4.

Temporal Ray: Voidray’s attack slow enemies by 35% for 4s.

Relocation: Teleport Photon cannon and pylon into a new area with vision. Photon Cannon require power field to relocation. Relocation cost 10% mineral cost of the building. Have 90s cooldown and require 3s to fully relocate.
T3 (200 Mineral and 150 Gas)

Way of the Templar: Zealot gain 50% bonus attack damage

Umbrella of Protection: Warp Prism give +2 shield armour and armour value to allies and friendly targets in its power field.

Mechanical unit’s mineral cost is reduced by 20%.

Impregnable Wall: Pylon and Photon Cannon +200 Health and Shield.
T4 (300 Mineral and 200 Gas)

Assault Transport: Warp Prism supply cost increase to 2. +100% attack speed. +100% damage vs Air.

Robotic Mass Production: units from Robotic facility (Immortal, Colossus, Observer) reduce 50 gas cost.

Inner Eye: High Templar, Warp Prism and Colossus gain Detection. These units gain +3 sight/detection range and +2 attack/cast range.

Quantum Reactor: Shield Battery regenerate energy at the speed of 3/s when not taking damage. Shield Battery has +100 max shield.
T5 (300 Mineral and 250 Gas)

Death Dealer: Void ray’s primary attack +10 vs armoured. Voidray gain additional weapon: Ion Cannons (Phoenix’s attack). Can use both weapons at the same time.

Death March: Zealot gain 50% damage reduction for 10s after using Charge. Immortal’s Barrier fully restore their shield upon activation. Immortal’s Barrier cooldown reduced to 30s.

Robotic Breakthrough: Dragoon +2 range, their mid-flight projectile auto-switch to another target in 4 radius nearby if the previous target die.

Photon Retaliation: When Photon Cannon is attacked, it will shoot back a photon charge at enemies regardless of the range, visibility and weapon cooldown. Photon charge deals physical damage equal to photon cannon’s attack damage.
T6 (400 Mineral and 300 Gas)

Ascending: Psionic Storm damage is increased from 80 to 144. Energy cost reduced to 50.

Weaver of Doom: When a combat unit you control die (exclude Observer and Interceptor), release a Psionic storm at that location. Multiple psionic storms now stack damage.

Cutting Edge: Zealot, Colossus and Interceptor’s attack ignore armour value.
T7 (400 Mineral and 350 Gas)

Galactic Power: Stargate units +100% max shield (including Interceptor).

Hulking Horror: Colossus immune to slow, stun, mind control and abduct. Colossus have 20% chance to cause enemies to run in fear for 4s when attack them. Heroic target chance of affected is 10%.

Messenger of Gods: Permanently summon Nyon’s Mothership “Maw of the Void” into the battlefield. Maw of the Void has 800 Health & Shield and a “Cloaking Field”. It has 200 energy and can use Recall to teleport your units to the Mothership’s location. If destroyed, the Mothership will resurrect after 2 minutes at your Nexus.
T8 (500 Mineral and 400 Gas)

Warp Blink: Carrier can teleport a long distance. Cooldown 50s. Teleport distance 50.

Nexus of Creation: Gateway units are resurrected once at the Nexus when they die.

Arch Archon: Double Archon shield, health and attack damage.

Faithful Servants: Permanently summon Nyon’s Mothership “Maw of the Void” into the battlefield. The Mothership has Recall, Cloaking Field and Fleet of the Chosen. Fleet of the Chosen summons 4 Void Rays for 60s. This ability cost 100 energy and have 120s cooldown. If Messenger of Gods is selected in T7, Nyon’s Mothership gain an additional +700 Health & Shield on top of having Fleet of the Chosen.
Talent
- Level 1 – The Purge
Top bar ability – cost 300 mineral and 8 supply to use. Permanently warp in 4 zealots. Cooldown 4 minutes.
- Level 2 – Hard Bargain
You can choose 2 Tech Options in Tech Tier 1
- Level 3 – Chrono Mastery
Chrono Boost increase from 22.5% to 45%.
- Level 4 – Ranged Warrior Squad
Top bar ability – cost 400 mineral and 100 gas, 8 supply to use. Permanently warp in 4 Dragoons. Cooldown 4 minutes.
- Level 5 – Tech Tier cache 1
Unlock Tech Tier 5 and 6
- Level 6 – God’s Blessing
Your units regen shield even in combat. Shield upgrade increase the shield regeneration rate by 2/s for each level. (Max rate = 8/s)
- Level 7 – Restless Engines
Dragoon, Immortal and Colossus +25% move speed.
- Level 8 – Psionic Dominators
Top bar ability – cost 200 mineral and 600 gas, 12 supply to use. Permanently warp in 2 High Templars and 2 Archons. Cooldown 4 minutes.
- Level 9 – Siege Warfare
Dragoon attack deals 40 damage to building. Immortal attack deals 100 damage to building. Psionic Storm deal 50% of its damage to building.
- Level 10 – Tech Tier cache 2
Unlock Tech Tier 7.
- Level 11 – Demolishers
Top bar ability – cost 800 mineral and 200 gas, 18 supply to use. Permanently warp in 3 Immortals and 1 Colossus. Cooldown 4 minutes.
- Level 12 – Divine Maw
Nyon’s Mothership gain Teleportation ability. Teleportation has 75s cooldown and cost no energy to activate. Mothership deal 100 damage to all enemy units and buildings in a 12-range radius at the teleport destination.

You can choose 2 Tech Options in Tech Tier 2
- Level 14 – Tech Tier cache 3
Unlock Tech Tier 8.
- Level 15 – Rapid Reinforcement
Reduce your top bar cooldown to 3 minutes.
