I noticed today that Thors can target colossus with high impact payload.
Is that intended? Do you think it is worth going thor against heavy colossus count instead of vikings?

Colossus can get attacked by anti air attacks so i assume because thor prioritises anti air over ground it will always use its anti ari attack.
This change was made in hots to leviate some of the micro terran had to do vs ling bane muta and therefore making thor able to deter mutas more effectively.
Vikings are usually better than thors because they ignore terran and its alot easier to focus fire with them because thors are clunky.

Yes it’s intended…
Colossus are air units.
The Thor will use the strongest attack within range. Since the Colossus can be targeted as both air and ground, Thors will the ground attack within 7 range and the air attack outside of it.
Vikings will also have higher DPS for the supply if the Thors are using their anti-air attack.
