My commanders Reynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are stuck at level 5 too
wait for fix…
StarCraft 2 cooperative mode, Kerrigan, Raynor and Artanis suddenly downgraded to level 5
I played a game and couldn’t figure out how to upgrade.
Originally Raynor was at full level, Kerrigan was at level 9, and Artanis was at level 9.
Same to me, and this is the second time 
Yes, same has happened to me, about 3 days ago.
My Reynor became 5 today, hope it fix.

nohting happened…My Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis still remains lv.5, while my bought heros remains no lv. bug…
I only passed it on. From there, it goes though an investigation, planning and eventually a resolution is implemented. Those can take some time.
