I queued up for the mutation and the other person automatically disconnects (the waiting for player screen) after 10ish seconds. So, I thought I might as well finish the mutation solo. I finished the mutation and was curious, so I checked the other person’s profile. He is maxed level. But what confused me is that he has multiple plays for the mutation back to back, all with “bugged” stats.
For example, for my victory screen, he has almost nothing done, since he left within 10 seconds. But in his match history, he looks like he played and have stats that are not possible. For example, he has done damage with the spear of adun when he is Stukov.
Is this a known bug or did I stumble upon something?
I have images, but post will not allow me to include links.
You can try using other free sources to host the pics. The just leave the link in between these preformatted text
. That way we can see what exactly you mean.
That said, obviously having SoA damage as Stukov is weird… hard to say what happened without more context.

Here’s the link images of the bugged stats. I’ll just break it up because post still not letting me.
I’m not sure what happened either. Just got very curious and then suspicious. Wanted to see if this was normal or not.
EDIT: As for context. There’s not much that I can say. He disconnected 10seconds into the game through the “waiting for players”.
Hard to tell. Seems to me it is just more of a display problem.
Ok thanks.
Was curious if this was a common bug or something, because this is the same thing for all his other co-op matches. He has values that shouldn’t be there.
This is normal. Well, not normal normal but Blizzard normal.
IIRC, it is not just the stats that are wrong but the name of the ally can be wrong, too. And I think which wrong information you get depends on which game’s stats you were viewing immediately before viewing the bugged stats.
Indeed. There’s a long standing bug where when an ally quits out after the game starts, the stats/name get swapped with a completely different match somewhere in one’s match history. I think it’s the one prior, but don’t quote me on that.
That’s my observation too. It “pushes up” the ally stats by one (for your view) if you were to win the mission after they left. If you were view the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc stats, their ally remains “off-by-one”.
It’s as if the code was forcing the creation of pairs from their match history coz they wouldn’t have the data for the match with you, which they left so is missing or mismatched. Really strange way to treat “match data” when the player pairs info is present with clear entries - even in losses, incomplete games, or ally-left games. Think someone at blizz thought “ally’s would never leave! and if they left, the other couldn’t possibly win!”
