I just queued up a game for mutation as brutal not +, it gave me the same map foe the mutation but different mutators. After I finished the game, I checked on match history, it still showed as mutation.
Yes this has happened to me few times as well. Queued for Brutal weekly mutation, got wrong mutators; I don’t know if my partner selected Brutal or Brutal+
