Blizzard - Storm clouds move across the map, damaging and freezing player units in their path.
Void Rifts - Void Rifts periodically appear in random locations and spawn enemy units until destroyed.
Void Reanimators - Void Reanimators wander the battlefield, bringing your enemies back to life.

Other Notes:
- This is the ONLY Brutal +6 weekly mutation challenge ever to go live.
- Its difficulty mean of 4.73/5.00 on its 2017 run ranks 5th all-time among all weekly mutations.
- Each Void Rift has 500HP, and their spawnings are signalled by a minimap ping on each Rift.
- A [Void Reanimator] is a ground unit that walks around the map and instantly revives a single random unit every few seconds.
- Time stop delays by 20 seconds the spawn time of Void Rifts.
- Blizzards pass through all the bases, but they turn white and “switch off”, meaning they don’t do anything while they are near the players’ bases.
- The Void Reanimator has 200HP and 200 shields, runs around without any minimap indicator, and cares not whether you killed an enemy a minute or an hour ago. He will revive it.
- The Void Reanimators will only start spawning after an enemy unit is killed.

Ah, the good old void is here.
Not surprising, but I wasn’t able to solo clear this with anyone for several reasons. As the only B+6 mutation released, I felt that it would be appropriate to leave it as a “final boss”. Besides, it has void rifts, the mutator that I hate the most (after vertigo), as well as void reanimators (a mutator I don’t particularly like). It seems I have something against mutators that start with “V”. I barely managed to solo the previous two void rift mutations, so I don’t think I’m ready for this one yet. I’ll have to practice other void rift mutations before I come back to this one.
In addition, I was really busy last month, so I didn’t have much time to try this. I’ll still play it to get the bounty, but that’s about it.

Based on what I’ve seen of your skills, I think a few you can do.
Give Vorazun with Dark Pylon range a try.
This was the original strategy back then to cloak-block and just not deal with the rifts. Then simply snipe the objectives.
Alternatively, you can use P2 to cheese Oblivion Express.

I think you underestimate how hard a solo of this is, even the zetatul or abathur solos that are some of the best commanders take significant skill to do. I haven’t done solos of this mutation myself but the Chinese players say tychus P2 is by far the easiest. Vorazun solo is extremely hard, the P2 “cheese” only gives a way to kill the trains, but you still need to stay alive and stay on top of killing the rifts with units that deal 25% less damage, the cloak wall only works in the early game (1st 10 minutes) but after that the rifts produce air units and you must kill them asap.

Well, excuse me for suggesting.
I voted Karax as commander of the week.
Both times I’ve managed to do this Brutation (Vorazun and Zeratul) it was with a Karax partner. Support him by taking out rifts/animators, and he can have enough defense to take out the trains via monoliths and topbars.
Very hard. Stukov P3 and good Abathur P0.
Skipping this week
Not possible if u have a bad Ally, even if u manage to kill the rifts.
did it twice so far, karax p3 w/ tychus p2 ally and mengsk p1 w/ karax p3 ally. with the right commanders, it can be pretty straightforward as long as you stay on top of the rift control.

So which is better Karax P3 or Karax P1? I feel like P3 is better since if you have defense masteries on structures and rush defense upgrades. They won’t get through your shields with shield batteries near by. Opinions? Also suggestions for getting vision to use your abilities as Karax?
I much prefer p3 here. for vision, for the first couple of sets of rifts use probes. you can position 2 probes near potential rift locations. later on, use speed observers. with p3, reconstruction beam will affect them so they will survive through blizzards.

Please remove this mutation or optimize your game. 15-20 fps on a 3080 rtx here. You cant do micro intensive mutations and ask us to play with 20 fps.
First tried it with Zagara P1 on Hard.
My Han&Horner ally sucked too much, so it got out of hand, and I gave up. Later confirmed from his tomato field and other stats that I didn’t misjudge his lack of skills.
2nd try, Zagara P1 on Normal, with Raynor “ally” on Hard.
It was still very hard.
It didn’t help that I never found the time to make a Scourge Nest despite air comp.
Also Raynor have given a week of vacations to his marines, none ever appeared on the battlefield. As for the Vikings, they had their vacation the previous week, so they came a bit late, while we were being overrun.
But despite all that, eventually, all trains destroyed, including the bonus ones.
*Phew*
Thinking back, Karax, Swann or maybe Stukov may have been more appropriate for here.
@RMJ: did you try lowering the resolution?
Even for “recommended config” (instead of “minimum config”), Blizzard announce “1024X768 minimum display resolution”, so while going that low may be exaggerate, consider everything above to be “not the normal the game can handle” to some extent. A bit pessimistic I know.
Have you thought about optimizing your computer? It runs at 60fps for me on an RX480 @ 1080p with most settings high. Even if it was possible to remove this mutation why should the rest of us lose out because you have problems with your computer?
I have tried and put everything on low. Obviously it doesn’t help i keep getting teamed up with stukov, or stettman, which cause additional lag.
I can play every single other game on the planet fine.
Doesn’t help to have a beastly PC, when Starcraft 2 can only utilize about 30% of the cpu and gpu and doesn’t help its only made for using 2 cpu cores.
It’s using a really old game engine so it’s normal to not support multi-core. Are you using a laptop or desktop? Which processor? Branded or custom-built? What OEM bloatware is running in the background?
It might be best to start a separate thread for troubleshooting.
