My CO-OP mode can not initialize in US server, i cannot start a single CO-OP game, all the levels of commanders are appeared at 0, i mean i cannot see the real level of any commanders. And this last for like a year, or at least half a year. I thought its might be a small bug or sth that can be fixed in a few days at first, but after a year, this still happened to me. When i log in to SC2, turn into CO-OP tab, and wait for a hour, the “ready” button is still off.
And i think all my commanders are capped at level 5 too, i knew this because when i normally play coop game in Asia server, and then turn the region into US server in game (i mean not shut down SC2 and login to US server, just chage the region into US server in game), all the commanders level capped at 5.
Of course i tried a lot of things, such as “log out of the game and back in”, “log out of the ‘battle.net’ and back in”, “turn off the computer and back on”, but these don’t help at all.
Surely i used the VPN to play this game because im here in China and there’s no chinese server, i dont know if this cause the bug or not.
Have you previously leveled all the commanders on the US server to past level 5? If not, that is normal. The regions are separate, meaning levels you gain on one server do not transfer to the other servers.
Of course some of my commanders are past level 5! The reason i played Asia server is my COOP mode in US server CANNOT be initialized, so i played Asia server for a year or so. My main problem here is that the COOP mode in US server cannot be initialized, i cannot even click the “ready” button. Not some level thing, the level thing is a side problem.
