That thing is surprisingly not well advertised, and even almost hidden among the other things in the shop, so I thought I would mentions it.
Note that my info is based on EU/France (not sure what matter and how much).
That bundle contains the commanders Abathur, Alarak, Dehaka, Fenix, Karax, Nova, Stukov, Swann, Vorazun, Zagara.
It cost 37.45 euros (instead of 49.90), thus setting the price of an individual commander to 3.745 instead of 4.99.
This amount should (check before finalizing transaction) be deduced from the price for every commander of the bundle you already own, though in my case that’s only visible after hitting the Buy button and seeing transaction details before confirmation.
Probably should be available until December 1st (what it says is “Available through December 1, 2020”, but I’m not 100% certain of the meaning).
That was pretty tight when they gave everyone Fenix, who i came to like. Hopefully they will do that with another guy. But again, add a map. Can’t be that hard to put a campaign one in.
I don’t know why they don’t have that visible, but if anyone is missing some commanders, this is a good opportunity to get them all for a cheaper price.
Starcraft 2 items, rarely go on sale, so I doubt there will be a better deal the year round.
They already stopped updates for this game. So while I appreciate getting a handful of new commanders, it makes no sense to put Karax, Swann, Vorazun and Zagara in the bundle…when they already come free with the full game.
They should have put Han/Horner, Zeratul, Mengsk, Stetmann and Tychus–in this bundle…that would be something. As it is, it just seems like they’re trying to hold out ways to keep eeking money out of the players over the long haul.
What I would have wished is that when you already have a commander, a higher price is deduced of total price, maybe 4 (instead of 3.745).
Even if you had 9 of the 10 offered commanders, the last one would still cost 1.45.
I think it makes a bit of sense. There may be some that don’t want to buy the campaign collection just to get those four commanders. This gives them the opportunity to, and even cheaper than the current campaign sale.
