Commanders will not level up past level 5. Keeps saying it’s capped out and no XP gained.

Historically, they have fixed it each time it has popped up. How long it takes has been variable due to there being no development team for SC2 anymore.

In fact, this is very bad, like periodically deleting part of SC2
