I can’t level up the three first commanders in co op Kerrigan Raynor and Artanis is capped at level 5 I reinstalled the game and redownloaded battle.net it still giving me issues

Also the same problem here. Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are capped on level 5, but they were all on level 15 on the EU server. My EU account has Mastery = 85.
