CO-OP Commander Bundle?

Hey I think it would be great if there was a bundle for CO-OP Commanders so we could get them all at a bit of a discount. I have quite a few but it would be great to get them all!

Lots of people seem to want this. How much does it cost to buy all the commanders now anyway?

$75
($5 each, 18 …3 free)

That doesn’t sound too bad. Granted, it is basically another new game (possibly 2 lesser games). For me, the amount of value coop has provided in the life-time of SC2 as a whole is well worth the cost of essentially any of the SC2 games.

$75 for such an incredible amount of content was a no-brainer for me. I actually paid more since I purchased a few CO bundles for the Stimpacks, and $60 when WoL first came out. Did save $10 since I got 2 for free via the Twitch Prime deal.

People want new commanders, maps and stimpacks. Blizzard just wants to let co op die. Sure all these nerds will still play. Hey man i did a p2 stukov in 4 minutes on this map! How can i get it faster?

These people are like the stat nerds that ruined the sport of baseball.

There was a bundle in Oct-end/Nov which offered all the CO’s except Stetmann and Mengsk, for a 40% discount. And the price drops for every CO you already have, so you’d be paying just for the one’s you don’t have.

In hindsight, I shoulda bought it coz it’s exactly the 2 CO’s I don’t want. (Stett talks too much, too silly, Stett lag. Mengsk betrayed Kerri and left her to die in SC1 and then hired Tychus to kill her in SC2.)

Sounds like Mengsk had an elementary school crush on her, picking on her only because he didn’t know how to express his true feelings for her.

its 2025 the game is old as hell and they are all still five bucks with no bundle. if you have starcraft one remastered and all the campaigns you will have 8 out of 18. that’s still 50 bucks. compare that to any game on the market that’s a lot. you can get better bundles and deals for games like total war. it should be 3 bucks a commander, and a bundle to get the 10. at this age of the game. you know why they charge that much, because the players of this game allow it. I am so happy to see the gaming community come together against this kind of penny pinching. unfortunately this community is still far behind and most bootlicking at that.

I guess we’d be remiss if we didn’t point out the irony of saying Blizzard is penny pinching, but then we can’t spare an extra $2 per CO. So we’re talking an extra $30 if you you want the rest of the 15 COs, and don’t care enough to bother with the campaign modes (which includes them, but you still have the option to purchase COs a la carte).

If you think they are better values for $50, then by all means, go with those instead. Which leads us to…

As we’re aware, the game got the “no more paid development announcement” back on Otc. 2020, and it ended up translating into “no updates, at all”. The only thing they’ll fix are showstoppers such as lv1 CO bug.

Blizzard can be cheap for sure, but the bigger issue really is that they can’t spend anymore time on Sc2, and it’s popularity fell far from its peak back around 2017-18. The amount of extra sales they’d generate from discounting these ends up being a “the juice isn’t worth the squeeze” situation.

I believe the situation is… those that wanted the extra COs would’ve bought it by now. Not wait for sales. Just the way it is :expressionless:
