It’s not hate. It feels almost dirty not to point out the obvious flaws in Lowko’s la la land of protoss not being OP against terran.

Seems to be the 100% legitimate Lowko.
Though if I’m going to be honest as a Protoss, Terran in some of the lower leagues can sometimes feel a bit cheap due to their extremely good defensive capabilities.
Here’s the thing though. It’s impossible to balance 3 asymmetrical races at ALL skill levels, so Blizzard mostly bases their balance updates on the pro level.

The forums is entertaining. I hope lowko goes round 2 for forums field trip. But lowko is definitely right about Terran. Terran this year is not Weak. Its the strongest it has ever been imo for the last 3 years.
I mean Terran can’t be unpowered at the TvP matchup when TY and Maru swept past Protoss in a combined score of 7-1 in GSL season 3 (4-0 stats, 3-1 Trap). Not saying OP but Terran is by no means as weak as people here are making it out to be.

Have you said your prayer to our saviour Serral today? Being grandmaster is the pinnacle of the players and they can by no means be wrong about balance so I will absolutely believe you and accept protoss is absolutely not op.

Looks at 2 of the last 3 GSL finals being TvT
Yeah… Terran has NEVER been favored in TvP. Listen folks, it doesnt matter what professionals, Blizzard, respected SC2 community members, statistics, or common sense tell us… we all KNOW that Protoss must be OP.

Looking at only premier tournament wins is biased as hell. If you include all tournaments, protoss is winning the most. Also, the person earning the second most this year is a protoss… Just stop with the biased BS.

Especially when. Pvt in same tournament. Is 55%. Boiled down entire tournament. To 1 match. Is definition of dishonest.

There’s only about 5 terrans on Earth that can compete with protoss, and this skews many premier tournament wins.
protoss is OP for all but 5 terrans on Earth. Lazy balance by Blizzard.

Ok. Not that I agree but you said you figured it out in 2010. Back when Terran was literally the most powerful any race has ever been in SC2 (or BW for that matter).

The protoss deathball was invincible back in 2010, only stopped by mid-game play. It was also sloppy play overall by the pros because the game was new.
