Zerg is just kinda dumb. If they ling + bane flood you, widow mines don’t help and tanks only do so much when one shot can’t kill a bane (cause they suck vs non-armor). Nothing in the game has the capability to shut down this without being t3 like Storm/archons/colossi.
And when they get vipers, all your options go out the window anyway cause Vipers are just stupidly good against everything in the game.

Clem is skilled enough, but felt a bit too focused on bio-mine, but also took too much damage from runbys and banedrops, that’s the real Reynor strenght, it’s the death of the 1000 cuts, he is all over the place.
It was effectively a 4-2… with Clem picking the first map and the veto… he won on Submarine (if you lose in TvZ on this map please uninstall) and when Reynor botched an all-in… He got pretty much OUTPLAYED anywhere else by a landslide…
Clem is skilled… but his opponent was more skilled.

Probably about the same, but seemed a bit lost, not really prepared against the obvious ling runbys that happen all the time during reynor games. And probably did not expect that amount of lurker play, which again, is reynor, so he should be prepared against it.
Zerg players win SC2 games and championships.

Are you expecting Terran players to win while playing worse than their opponents? Reynor deserved those wins hands down, he’s the accomplished player, he’s faster, smarter, more decisive and also less predictable.
Clem went for the exact same strategy every single game, that’s a major weakness for a pro player especially when you get to a BO7. If Clem wants to win the Winter season, he needs to be better than he was now.

Lurkers have no real ground counter in ZVP and ZVT. That’s why they are OP. Theoretical things like immortals, tanks, etc just don’t actually work in practice. Those things get crushed by pretty much anything supporting the lurkers (lings for example kill all the lurker hard counters pretty easily) and you can mass lurkers much faster than you can mass their counters.
The basic issue with the lurker is mostly cost. It really should be a 4 supply unit for its strength and HP. In addition, the total cost of 150/150 for a lurker is a joke. An oracle costs 150/150. A banshee costs 150/150. The lurker is in an entirely different class as a unit.
A lurker should cost more like 200/150 or 250/150 at 4 supply in all fairness.

Lurkers should be 4 supply and cost 200 to 250 mins /150 gas. Currently they are 3 supply and cost 150/150.
Other units that cost 150/150 or more:
The oracle
The liberator
The tank
Void rays (200/150!) at 4 supply
Clearly the lurker is in an entirely different class as a unit than these units. It needs its cost adjusted.
