Just to put this into perspective, CoVid and Covid related deaths have killed more US citizens in 9 months than the entirety of World War 2 did in 4 years.
Whether or not they had health issues prior is irrelevant, they were issues that could be worked around and handled in day to day life but were otherwise non-lethal without other things exacerbating them. When you contract CoVid because absolutely nothing was done to limit the spread, then its going to make your health issues potentially life-threatening.
His actions, or lackthereof, were/are the difference between 100k people dying and 240k people dying.
