Cheat Codes are not working. What is up?

Why am I unable to use cheat codes in StarCraft II? There was a time where you went to CUSTOM > Lobbies/Melee to create a game with the A.I… Once I do this the cheat codes have no effect.

You have to make the custom game and off line game. Right click on the map name and you should see that option

So, you cant use them in campaign?
