This is a mistake that bothers the players too. So, if you haven’t made a setting to turn off error messages, at least make a setting to disable chat. It doesn’t happen when playing co-op. Try putting both the message in your native language AND its translation in english, because otherwise it’s hard to tell the meaning of your words, and at least there would be more clues to figure it out this way.
I also am not able to understand what you’re describing. You’ll need to either be more specific, or post pics/vids.
Don’t attempt to speak for everyone, speak only for yourself. I don’t have any issues with the chat in the lobbies or in the game.
What is it that you don’t understand about SC2 not being developed anymore? It’s been explained to you multiple times. Is it a language barrier issue? If so, I’ll reword it: except for game breaking bugs, there is no more work being done on SC2. How it is now is how it will be for the rest of its existence.

will it , who knows, but as of right now, there is no hope for it. Blizzard has never said anything about it, or has had any plans to do a sc3. but as of right now you are better off betting the moon will hit the earth.
