Can't Play SC2 Because It's Outdated

I play on a 49" Samsung CHG90 3840x1080 Ultrawide monitor, and none of the settings in SC2 support it in any playable fashion (I can start the game, but it looks terrible and is unplayable).

Guess I’ll just go back to watching AlphaStar games instead. Oh well, StarCraft 2 is so last decade.

A 59 inch monitor resolves your issue, but you only be able to play Archon.

Please buy the monitor immediately!

I play sc2 on a 3840x1600 monitor and it is just fine. Sure you get some black bars on the side, but it doesn’t look anything different than a 16:9. You will live.

StarCraft Remastered solves this problem iirc.
