I am new and got first win of the day for 10 days. ranked is still locked

What game mode?
I played vs ki and 2v2 with a friend, there was a progress bar as well that counted the first wins of the day to unlock ranked. when it was supposed to go to 10 it vanished and ranked was still locked
do more, it did it to me to, disapeared at 9 and i thought i was at 10
