Can't play Heart of the Swarm after purchase

I bought the Campaign Collection pack but I can’t launch the Heart of the Swarm campaign, the button is locked, and for the Nova Covert Ops campaign it says that I have to buy it to be able to play it.

I can play Wings of Liberty and Legacy of the Void without any problem.

I’m logged in to the right account, I restarted the game, restarted BattleNet and restarted my PC but it still doesn’t work.

I made a request through Blizzard support who told me to make a post here.

I have the same problem, I don’t understand anything. No one can help.

It’s an issue on Bliz’s end that they have to investigate and resolve it. So hang tight for now.

I still have a problem, I bought a campaign (the key to one of the campaigns). I did everything, wrote that the campaign is on the account. I go in and have this problem

When is the expected fix? Is there a way to contact Blizzard directly?

I’ve seen people talking about a 72-hour delay between purchases and the resolve of this problem on another forum post.

For me this problem solved itself after 72 hours, I can now play all the campaigns on the EU server.

You can open a request with the support but they cannot help you, they asked me to make a post here but Blizzard is aware of the problem.

Well aware that you are just CS here and this is a different topic.
Can you clarify if blizzard (or the one single intern working on sc2) is aware and working on the Masters 3 placement bug (which has been in the game since 2021?
While it does seem like a “purely cosmetic” bug, it is a very frustrating one and one that unnessecarily confuses new players (if any).
It also seems like one that is easily fixable, as the MMR should be reflected by the league and division anyways?

I don’t know anything about it unfortunately.

With the game being retired, SC2 isn’t a high priority anymore. Even the larger game breaking bugs take a while to fix. So when it comes to cosmetic bugs, it’s hard to know if they will be fixed at all.
