The 3vs3 mode on the Korean server is experiencing an issue. You can search for a game, but after a few minutes, it shows the error: 'The game server timed out when creating the game.

First of all, are you Korean? If not, and you are living in the second side of the world then you got an answer. I know internet improved over all these years but it’s not like you are being able to play with someone from absolutely second side of the world without any issues or delay.
Second of all: yes, they don’t care about bug tickets and if you send the message on the forum then they would advice you to make a bug ticket instead. Hue.
Your attitude is very rude and disrespectful. I’m certain this isn’t an internet issue because I can play 1v1 on the Korean server or 3v3 on the US server just fine. If you can’t be helpful, then please stay silent.

You are absolutely right sir. I apologize for my previous behavior!
However, I still think it’s the distance issue that you are experiencing otherwise critical issue like this would be already reported multiple times by the Korean players. There are regions implemented for a reason - to avoid the lags and make the game playable for everyone with very low latency. If you play on different region especially if it’s on the other side of the planet then the lags or disconnects might happen - especially if you play bigger match with more players outside your region like 3vs3 or 4vs4 rather than 1vs1.
