I’m playing in the Essence of Eternity epilogue mission. I have no add on attached to my buildings, I can build a tech reactor, but there’s no button to build a tech lab at all.
I can see in my Factory that tanks are greyed out because I need to build a tech lab, but I can’t see how I can build one! Is there a trick to this?
