Been playing SC2 ladder since July 2019. Constantly flip flopping between races because I cannot decide which is the right one for me.
Can’t do terran, my unit control is garbage. Can’t do zerg, because I will never be good enough to be a successful zerg player. Seems like protoss is my only option, though my winrate this season is absolutely terrible.
At a point where I’m just not sure what to do anymore. Stuck in Platinum 1 for the past 4 months, and not going anywhere, anytime soon, unless it’s further down the ladder.
I have no complaints about any particular race in this game. I understand that my failure is due to my own lack of skill, and not the game itself just screwing me over.
I just can’t bring myself to play ladder anymore. Every victory is meaningless, as it’s only a matter of time until I plummet further down.
You’re trying to improve your results by trying something new, in this case a new race. You’ll get far better results instead from just sticking to one thing and getting good at it.

good thinking. you have saved countless hours in a 5 second decision.

When you make those posts, please share your replays with “drop .sc” link. I can’t believe that you have 70 workers by 9 minute, don’t have supply blocks/too big bank of resources and perfectly follow the build order, if one of those is missing, this what you look first for. Don’t try to play super micro build orders, focus on macro.
its weird that i completed both solo and 2on2 ladder with gold league but was plummed down into silver this season… its funny how low i can go as a players who played this game first time with the beta and my every game is more than 150apm.
it feels like other players are in a parallel reality where they play like robots (flawlessy) but pretend to be still human, and i am just immortal who trained so high i could reach this level to play against robots. but the fact is that they are humans but it just feels that way. (i talk with them in chat).
