The day after updating and playing online, my power went out. I tried to play offline, but could not create a lobby. Blizzard’s two suggestions were to 1) delete a file I didn’t actually have, and 2) go online. These are not productive suggestions. I replied to their suggestions and requested a real person, instead of a bot, read the problem description so they would know their “solutions” do not actually apply to the problem. They refused to do so. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Hey FuzzyBunny,
It’s not a matter of bots vs humans, it’s a matter of pulling a troubleshooting list from a db and forwarding it on to you. In other words, often there isn’t a solution. There’s far too many unique system configurations in existence to be able to know how to solve someone’s individual issues. So, general troubleshooting is all that can be provided.
As for not being able to create a lobby, what is happening then you try? Errors? Freezes? Messages? etc.
