I own the Purple Arcade console, and yet I cannot equip it in-game. I’ve gone through the basic steps of troubleshooting (restart game, log out, and reinstalling) but still cannot use it in game.

Yeah, it’s an all-race console. Can’t equip as any race. No problem equipping any other consoles that I own.
